Any company operating an integrated cement plant can apply for membership of ECRA. All employees of member companies can participate in ECRA seminars or Workshops at member rates. Cement producers who are members have the right to apply to participate in the Technical Advisory Board and consequently steer ECRA's work.

National cement associations, who play an important role in communicating and disseminating research results and also build up valuable contacts to the research networks in their respective countries, can also become members of ECRA and may thereafter delegate one participant to each ECRA seminar or workshop free of charge. ECRA membership is also open to international cement associations. Non-cement-producers can apply to become associate members.

The subscription for ECRA membership is invoiced annually The annual subscription rate is fixed by the ECRA Technical Advisory Board and is currently 1,500 EUR. In addition, all new members are required to pay an entrance fee of 5,000 EUR.
